The further you call in advance for your ride, the better your chance is to get the pick-up time you desire. Furthermore, scheduling your ride at least a day prior to the day you need it, saves you a $1.00 with your fare as we charge an extra $1.00 for same-day requests. Save yourself some time and let Dispatch know you’ll be needing a return ride, so you can call when you’re ready and we can get someone out to you sooner than later.

Rainbow Rider buses may arrive 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late when picking up or dropping off.   Rainbow Rider will wait 3 minutes from the requested pick up time. For example, if someone has scheduled a 9:00 a.m. pick up, we can arrive as early at 8:50 a.m. and as late as 9:10 a.m., so please be ready to go within that window of time. If a driver arrives promptly at 9:00 a.m. or later, they will then wait the 3 minutes for you to board the bus.

Failure to cancel your scheduled ride at least one hour prior to the pick-up time or board the bus within 3 minutes of arrival is considered a No-Show. Calling to cancel your ride after the bus has arrived to pick you up still constitutes as a no-show.  Rainbow Rider reserves the right to suspend service after repeated no-shows on a case-by-case basis.

Monday – Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
